Meetings and Congresses
An International Convention and Exhibition Centre
Tampere Hall is a timeless and modern classic. For more than 20 years, we have had the pleasure of hosting a very wide variety of meetings, congresses and banquets. Each year, thousands of world-class experts in science, economics, industry and culture from all parts of the world enjoy our hospitality.
Tampere Hall is perfect for all events – large and small – and we cater to your needs and wishes. Whether you are organising meetings with parallel sessions, congress exhibitions or an evening banquet, you will be sure to find the right venue in our spacious and airy facilities. Tampere Hall can easily accommodate several events simultaneously.
There are 15 well-appointed and stylish meeting rooms ranging from the Main Auditorium with 2,000 seats all the way to the VIP room for 24 people.
For smaller meetings (10-200 participants), a moderately priced meeting package is available. It includes a meeting room plus AV equipment and data connections, concierge services and refreshments. Our rotating meeting menu changes twice a year, in the spring and in the autumn.
Tampere Hall has the right venue for your event. Our modern and flexible meeting rooms are sure to give you the best possible setting.
We have given special attention to accessibility for all. All our meeting rooms and foyers are easily accessible. Tampere Hall has been the venue for a number of events, also international conferences where a considerable propotion of the delegates have been physically or otherwise challenged. One example is the Helen Keller World Conference of the deafblind in June 2005.
Our photo gallery shows you just some of events organised in the Tampere Hall’s venues.
Footprint Tampere Hall was the first congress centre in the world to adopt a sustainable development policy.
